Disabled Access

Lindisfarne Festival is continuously working on improving it’s accessibility to ensure a better experience for customers with disabilities and access requirements.

We offer all disabled customers an additional free ticket for a carer / personal assistant to accompany them to the festival. Disabled parking and camping areas will be reserved at the closest point to the main arena and campsites (badges/cards must be shown).

To qualify for the free carer/PA ticket, it is mandatory to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation* as evidence of your requirements along with your ticket order confirmation number:

  • PIP (Personal independence payment)
  • DLA – care and/or mobility
  • D/deaf or blind registration
  • The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon for PA tickets
  • Blue Badge – permitted for parking only requests

PLEASE NOTE: The name on the purchased festival ticket MUST match the name on the evidence of entitlement provided in order for a free carer pass to be granted.

Evidence of entitlement to a free carer pass must be emailed to info@lindisfarnefestival.com BEFORE MIDDAY ON 20th AUGUST.
Once received and approved by the festival management, you will be emailed a link to download your free additional pass. If you miss the deadline, you can provide evidence on arrival at the ticket office on-site at the festival. Under these circumstances, carers will be permitted free entry at the discretion of box office management.

Please note any submitted documents will be deleted after authorisation is provided. If you do not have the above evidence but feel you need assistance to access the festival, or if there are any specific requirements or concerns, please feel free to contact us to discuss in confidence.
