SiMono’s obsession with music started as a kid growing up in Manchester in the 1980s, from punk hand-me-downs to regularly buying import hip hop records from Spin Inn. His tastes and record collection shifted through acid house, rave & jungle until exposure to free parties and nights like Bugged Out in the 90s added techno and house into the mix. He’s been in the Toon for nearly 18 years and played at nights like Conscious Monkeys, Sketchy Munters, Melting Pot and was a resident at John Rowe’s Radar night. Expect a vinyl techno set with some eclectic bits thrown in.
