Vinyasa Yoga with Grace


Grace favours an upbeat Vinyasa style flow, which both challenges, yet nurtures the body, mind and soul.

Grace encourages the importance of staying mindful in your practice, but always checking in with what the body needs, and transferring this off the mat each day.

Thos workshop will be suitable for all levels and expect a session incorporating breath, movement, and music, as you move through strengthening and nourishing postures.
