Rosie has been teaching for eight years. Her style is a flowing form of Vinyasa Yoga, however she also loves partner and Acro focused practices.

In this class she will lead you through an opening and energizing sequence that will keep you grounded and keep your mind in the festival so you can forget anything else and have fun all weekend long.
