Mindfulness Meditation

Rachel Jones-Wild has been teaching meditation since 2007 and is an accredited Breathworks mindfulness trainer. She set up Mindful Therapies in 2013 to make the benefits of mindfulness available and affordable to all. 

Mindful Therapies is a not for profit organisation dedicated to making the benefits of mindfulness accessible to all. This means that when you pay for a class or course, all profits go straight back into the community, supporting people who might not otherwise be able to access services. It runs regular drop-in mindfulness meditation classes, mindfulness and positive psychology courses, mindfulness counselling and mindfulness coaching.

At Lindisfarne Festival 2018, Rachel will be offering an introductory session in mindfulness meditation, to help you to take a moment and come back to you.
