This class will incorporate Bex͛'s experience within in professional dance training. It is a fusion of strength building and flexibility training resulting in an energetic but low impact work out.
The class begins with a dynamic warm up comprising of full body movements to mobilise the joints and activate the muscles. You are then led through a series of dance inspired, strength building exercises creating long lean muscles. Yoga inspired sequences are included throughout and we finish the class with a long stretching sequence to calm both body and mind before heading back to the festival to enjoy your weekend!
